AIChE-CF is gearing up for the 2026 Annual Conference that will be on June 5-6th. Sponsorships allow us to give back to the community and promote Math, Science, and Engineering in our local schools through grants, teacher awards, and scholarships. The conference is attended annually by 400+ industry leaders, contractors, and students.

What does a Diamond Sponsorship get you?

  • A table specifically designated for your company where you can put up a display and distribute literature during the conference sessions (this table can be manned by up to two people or left un-manned)

  • Double Diamond sponsors receive priority lobby space on Friday and Saturday (limited to only 14 spaces)

  • Single Diamond sponsors receive space in the refreshment break-room on Friday and Saturday (limited to only 16 spaces)

  • A one page advertisement in the Sponsor section in the Conference Book (limited to one 8.5" x 11" one sided page, Camera ready graphics should be provided)

  • Includes one (1) free conference registration

What do you get for an AIChE Conference Sponsorship?

  • Sponsors are allowed to distribute literature at the registration table (Diamond sponsors are given their own table to distribute literature)

  • Sponsors Company Logo or Name on Signs displayed at conference registration/lobby area.*

  • Sponsors Company Logo or Name on Back Cover of Conference Proceedings Book.**

*Logo or Name Size Depends on Sponsor level - Bronze, Silver, and Gold Name Only, Platinum and Above - Name and Logo.
