    Matthew Berg is the Manager of Reliability Engineering for the Mosaic Phosphates BU. He graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor's in Chemical Engineering in December 2003. He has worked at Mosaic and its predecessor Cargill since January 2004 and has experience in Operations for Phos Acid and Dry Products, Process Engineering for Sulfuric, Phos Acid, and Dry Products, Commissioning for the Energy Project at New Wales 02/04 HRS and TG4, and Reliability Engineering for phosphate production processes. Certifications include CMRP, MLA2, RCM Blitz facilitator, and NACE CIP level 1.
